What are the EPC Changes in 2025 for Landlords?

Under the new rules, set to become law in England and Wales in 2025, landlords of privately tenanted properties will need to ensure that their rental property scores at least an EPC C in order to let it out on a new assured tenancy. This means that landlords will potentially need work carried out in order to bring the property up to standard and therefore legal.
